Juaniqua Tippens, Founder & CEO – Grace Kids Nanny Agency
Juaniqua Tippens is a faith-led entrepreneur, loving wife, and proud mother of three—each of whom she has personally homeschooled for the past nine years. With a strong belief in being fully present in her children’s lives, Juaniqua made the intentional decision never to place her children in daycare or outside care. That deep-rooted commitment to hands-on parenting is what inspired her to launch Grace Kids Nanny Agency: a childcare service built on trust, compassion, and excellence.
More than just a business owner, Juaniqua is a woman of purpose who brings her whole heart into everything she does. Outside of work, she loves traveling, hiking, swimming, fitness, and spending time outdoors—especially with her family. Whether she’s enjoying a game of sports with her kids or exploring a new trail, Juaniqua lives a vibrant, active life centered around faith, family, and freedom.
Her background in business operations and family-focused leadership allows her to build an agency that understands real families—because she is one. With a mission to serve with grace and purpose, Juaniqua ensures that every nanny placed reflects the same values she upholds in her own home: care, safety, and love.
Abbie Abendroth, Co-Founder & COO - Grace Kids Nanny Agency
Abbie is a devoted educator, experienced caregiver, and co-founder of Grace Kids Nanny Agency. With over a decade of hands-on childcare experience, she brings both professional insight and a deep personal passion for early childhood development to the heart of the agency. Her journey includes five years of teaching in Thailand, where she discovered the joy of cross-cultural connection and the power of individualized learning.
Holding a degree in Early Childhood Education, Abbie has served children and families in many capacities—from babysitting and tutoring to leading day camps and church programs. Her warm, attentive nature and commitment to nurturing the whole child have made her a trusted presence in every community she’s served.
As co-founder, Abbie plays a central role in vetting and selecting the nannies who represent Grace Kids. Her background in child development allows her to evaluate each caregiver not only for skills and experience, but for character, alignment with agency values, and the ability to form meaningful, supportive relationships with families.
Outside of her work with Grace Kids, Abbie enjoys hiking with her dog, discovering new coffee shops, spending quality time with friends, and perfecting her homemade sourdough bread.
With a heart for grace-filled care and a deep understanding of what families truly need, Abbie is honored to walk alongside parents in finding caregivers they can trust.
