How do I apply to become a nanny with Grace Kids?

Submit your application through our website or in person. If selected, you’ll be invited for an in-office interview and assessment.

Do I need to be CPR certified?

Yes. All nannies must hold current CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to obtain one before placement.

How do I get matched with a family?

Once approved, we’ll contact you about available positions that align with your experience, availability, and preferences.

What does a typical workday look like?

It varies! From helping with school drop-offs to educational play, each day is tailored to the family’s schedule and your unique role.

Are jobs part-time or full-time?

We offer both, including after-school care, full-day nannying, and temporary/emergency assignments.

Do I work directly with the agency or the family?

You’ll be contracted directly with the family but supported by Grace Kids for scheduling, check-ins, and any concerns.
