All Grace Kids nannies undergo an in-person interview, background check, CPR/First Aid certification verification, and a personality/compatibility assessment in our office. We require at least 2 years of professional childcare experience and ensure they’re comfortable working in homes with cameras.

Our nannies can support full-time, part-time, or occasional care. Services may include educational play, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, bedtime routines, and more—customized to your family’s needs.

Typically 7–14 business days, depending on your preferences, availability, and match criteria. Emergency placements can be arranged faster when needed.

Nannies are considered independent contractors. However, we guide families on compliance, contracts, and fair compensation practices.

We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee. If your nanny is unavailable or it’s not the right fit, we’ll prioritize a replacement at no extra cost.

Absolutely. After we identify strong matches, you'll receive their bios and have the chance to interview them before making a final decision.
